Return Policy
Any item in its original condition or was damaged in transit may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your (the customer) order. The item cannot be damaged or disassembled due to incorrect or improper installation. Special order and custom items are not returnable, unless damaged in transit or a mistake is made on our (monstergolfcars) part during processing and shipping. Custom order specifications can be sent to us by email or fax to prevent error in measurement or cart specificities.
Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged into or connected to a power supply, or unsealed or disassembled for any reason. These parts include, but are not limited to: motors, speed controllers, solenoids, relays, all switches, circuitry, chargers, indicators, gauges, regulators and diodes. We do not offer warranties on electrical parts or components beyond that of the manufacturer’s written warranty.
Returned product(s) must be properly packaged to protect the contents. Products damaged due to your inadequate packing will not be accepted for credit or refund.
Damaged Items
If your package(s) arrive damaged in any way, please report it to the carrier/delivery service provider immediately or refuse the package. If the package is damaged by the carrier in transit, the carrier is liable and fully responsible to return the package to us at no charge to you. If there is no apparent damage to the package, but the items have been damaged inside the package during transit, it is your responsibility to report this to us in order to ensure prompt filing of a damage report.
General Return Protocol
You may return the package via insured USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, as long as it is ground service.
Fill out and return the monstergolfcars.com Return/Exchange Form. In some cases we will also need your original credit card information, which can be sent via email, phone, or fax. We do not keep credit card information in our system longer than fourteen (14) days. There are no cash refunds and credit refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Once we receive the return, our parts department will process the request and issue the necessary credit, refund, or exchange. We will not ship a replacement part before receiving and inspecting the returned part. All returns are subject to the return inspection. If the condition of the returned part is questionable, the refund/credit may be subject to replacement or repair deductions.

Some larger and/or heavier golf cart accessories or parts ( i.e Tires and Wheels, Rear Seats, Lift Kits, and Flip Flops) may require additional shipping charges depending on the destination location. We will contact you prior to shipment if your golf cart gear requires additional freight costs. |
